RMA:
A Return Merchandise Authorization or Return Material Authorization (RMA) is a transaction whereby the recipient of a product arranges to return goods to the supplier to have the product repaired or replaced or in order to receive a refund or credit for another product from the same retailer or corporation. In practice, an RMA is only issued after a series of tests. However, in recent years RMAs have become more liberal due to increased competition for customers.
Warranty and RMA policy
For us to stay competitive, offer the best service and the lowest price, we follow our return policy strictly and do not make any exceptions. TritonTech does not offer a money-back guarantee on any product.
TritonTech does not offer advanced replacement.
It is important to read carefully rules of
RMA below for full information.

1.
The DOA period is 3 days from date of invoice. Items returned for DOA must be in original package with all accessories and supporting documentations.
2.
Customer must contact TritonTech for a Return any item.
3.
All returns must include a copy of the packing slip as "Proof of Purchase" which includes the serial number of the item.
4.
TritonTech warranty does not cover damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from:
a.
Accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightening, or other acts of nature, unauthorized product modification, or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product.
b.
Any damage of the product due to shipment.
c.
Removal or installation of the product.
d.
Damage to, or abuse of, the surface of the product, such as cosmetic damage.
e.
Causes external to the product, such as electric power fluctuations or failure.
Accessories that are not covered by the warranty are:
I. USB products (Bluetooth, Infrared, Lan, sound, Hub, Usb to serial, Usb to parallel…)
